Return and Exchange
The customer is always right and your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it to the address below for a full refund or exchange. Once a return is received, we'll inspect the product(s) that are returned and process the return in line with the guidelines below.
Returns
If the products are found to be defective, we'll credit the original order and the freight amount associated with the order. If the products are not defective, we’ll credit the original order less a 15% restocking fee. Under these circumstances, we don’t cover the cost of freight to ship it back to our facility.
Exchange
We’ll gladly exchange the returned product for the requested, debiting or crediting the account if a different product is requested. For example, customer ordered Product A for $100. Customer decided they would rather have Product B which costs $150. Customer shipped Product A back to Tenacity Sports, Inc. at their expense. Pear Box would debit customer account for $50 plus freight charges to customer location.
Delivery
Delivery time is dependant on whether the necklace is custom made or in stock. Average delivery time after order will be within 5 days. Delivery will be sent via USPS.
Shipping costs are $10 for purchases up to $150 and $15 for purchases more than $150.
